1) Scope & Definitions
These Terms apply when Elite Air is the operating carrier. Definitions include Ticket, Passenger, Baggage, Force Majeure, etc. Mandatory law prevails if it conflicts with these Terms.
2) Tickets, Validity & Changes
- Tickets are typically valid for 1 year from date of issue if unused.
- If travel begins within the validity period, the ticket remains valid for 1 year from the first flight.
- Extensions or revalidation may be possible per fare rules and applicable fees.
3) Fares, Taxes & Fees
Fares are quoted separately from taxes, fees, and surcharges unless stated. Prices are subject to change until payment is complete.
4) Reservations, Seating & Personal Data
- Reservations must be confirmed and paid for within the time limit specified.
- Seat assignments are not guaranteed and may change for operational, safety, or security reasons.
- Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5) Check-in & Boarding
Passengers must check in and be at the boarding gate by the specified times. Late arrivals may result in denied boarding. Check-in counters typically close 60 minutes before departure for international flights and 45 minutes for domestic flights.
6) Refusal of Carriage
Elite Air may refuse carriage if the passenger appears intoxicated, poses a safety risk, lacks proper documentation, or fails to comply with crew instructions. No refund is due in such cases.
7) Fitness to Fly, Pregnancy, Children & Assistance
- Passengers must be fit to travel. Medical clearance may be required for certain conditions.
- Pregnant passengers should consult their doctor. Travel restrictions may apply after 36 weeks.
- Unaccompanied minors and passengers requiring special assistance must be pre-arranged.
8) Baggage
- Checked baggage allowances vary by fare class and route. Excess baggage fees apply.
- Prohibited items include explosives, flammable materials, and other dangerous goods.
- Elite Air's liability for lost or damaged baggage is limited per the Montreal Convention.
9) Schedules, Disruptions & Refunds
Flight times are not guaranteed. Elite Air will make reasonable efforts to carry passengers on schedule but is not liable for delays or cancellations due to force majeure. Refunds for involuntary cancellations will be provided; voluntary refunds are subject to fare rules.
10) Travel Documents (Passport, Visa Information)
Passengers are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents including passports, visas, and health certificates. Elite Air is not liable for denied entry due to improper documentation.
11) Liability & Claims (Key Limits)
- Liability for passenger injury or death: Strict liability up to 128,821 SDR per passenger.
- Liability for checked baggage: Up to 1,288 SDR per passenger.
- Liability for passenger delay: Up to 5,346 SDR per passenger.
- Claims must be filed within specified time limits as per the Montreal Convention.
